A recent addition to the administrative team (and IG), Kristen has 20+ years in client/customer services, inside sales, and administrative roles within a variety of industries including Tourism, Insurance, B2B Advertising, and Private Health & Rehabilitation. She has assisted in leading marketing events in the past few years, which led to her becoming a full time member of the team in late 2021. Kristen brings a creative, fresh perspective and many transferable skills to our team communications and has a passion for enhancing the client journey with a knack for technology, newsletters, social media, and events.

Outside of work, she is a mom, volunteers regularly within her faith community, enjoys photography, singing, writing, traveling, and speaks fluent Spanish.
